The Judgment on Causality in Medical Malpractice

The judgment on causality in civil laws has perlexed the scholars and courts for many years.Due to the particularities of many kinds in medical services,the causality in medical malpractice seems even more complicated and confusing.On the basis of analysing and referring to the various kinds of causalities in tort,this article advocates the causality dichotomy,and further discusses the judgment on causality in medical malpractice.
