Nursing one AIDS case with Type Ⅰ Respiratory Failure
Objective To explore the approaches of prevention of HIV exposure. Method To conduct effective antisepsis isolation, and mechanical ventilation. Result: During 60 days to nurse the patient, no HCWs were transmitted. Conclusion Through the careful nursing, the life quality living quality of patient was promoted and the HIV transmission in hospital was prevented.
