Analysis on the successful development of antiretroviral treatment in Xiangyun County
Objective To analyze why the development of antiretroviral treatment(ART)program achieves the apparent effectiveness and to explore the effective method locally to push forward further development of ART. Methods Through a series of means,visiting and learning outside experience,organizing meetings,formulating the scheme,coordinating sectors and identifying individual responsibility,the ART work has been going on well. Results The cases under ART were 2,9 and 41 in 2005,2006 and 2007 respectively,with the coverage rate from 33.33%in 2005 to 87.23%in 2007 and accomplish the appointed task.Conclusion The core to make the progress in ART continuously includes leaders’support,feasible methods and effective measures.
