Wuxi People's Hospital has implemented a "3-tire target responsibility system of the hospital,department and speciality levels" since June 2006 with the emphasis on speciality management.They have adhered to the working principle of "acting in accordance with responsibilities,system and operating rules and regulations" aiming at improving the quality of medical service.Basic management has been strengthened by intensive quality training.Ethics education has been promoted with the development of service brand as a carrier.
