Our hospital carefully analyzed the reasons for disharmonious relationship between doctors and patients and decided to emphasize construction of department culture motivated by "harmony".By establishing harmonious internal relationship,improving communication between doctors and patients,promoting cooperation between departments,and repaying the society with love,hospitals should advance core competitive force,win trust from the patients and the society,establish harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,improve the coherent and steady development among departments and shape a good professional image of hospitals.
