Implementation of the Strategy of Building the Hospital by Culture to Intensify the Construction of Value Outlook
At present, the public hospitals in China are developing rapidly and the hardware of the hospitals is also improving dramatically. However, the public is not very satisfied with the services provided by the public hospitals. The reason is that the software of the hospitals needs to be upgraded, the quality of hospital staff calls for great improvement. It is suggested that cultural management should be put into practice and the construction of value outlook intensified. At the same time, the continuation of the cultural management should be guaranteed by system and rules so that a medical contingent which has cohesive force and loves people and serves people could be built. As a result, the public hospitals will provide a satisfactory and quality service to safeguard people's life and health.
