Preparation proless of Yuganning-patch by Orthogonal optimization
Objective: To optimize the Yuganning-Preparation of transdermal patches. Methods: The use of paste, curing time, temperature drying, drying time for the factors in the three level to the early Nianli, skin peel strength and residual phenomenon of indicators, using orthogonal test to select the best prepared. Results:The use of paste (7.6±0.1) g/100 cm2, curing time 24 h, drying temperature 60℃, the drying time of 3.5 h were the best prepared. Conclusion: The best of the conditions of Yuganning-patch quality is stable.
