On Strategy of Establishing a Science Motivation Mechanism for Hospitals
The hospital is a knowledge-intensive service community where the key of management is the management of personnel. Whether or not the employee's initiative and creative power are aroused will directly affect the realization of an organization's target. The article, based on the modern encouragement theories, puts forward the strategies of establishing a science motivation mechanism for a hospital through analyzing the formation of human resource of the hospital and need characteristics of the employees, in light of the social and economical development level of our country.
