信息系统对公共卫生实验室管理支持能力评价
Objective To preliminarily build a system of indexes evaluating information system's supporting ability in public health experiment management service.Methods Interviews and questionnaires study on the demand side of the public health experiment management service related institutions were conducted to acquire system function and current situation of service circuit,which were then analyzed at the respects of priority,difficulty and risk;composite evaluation of information supporting ability was done according to future demand characteristics.Results In all 32 items,4 types of main public health experiment management function demand were obtained and a system of ability evaluation indexes was preliminarily founded,with 8 dimensions and 5 hierarchies.Conclusions A comprehensive scoring system considering 8 respects,that is,sample information management,standard maintenance,sample tracing,quantity control,data process,report examination,equipment management,and share and exchange of information between systems,could effectively assess the supporting ability and maturity of information system in public health experiment management service and provide reference for evaluating the current situation and doing disparity analysis.
