In view of the existing problems in the management of state-owned property in public medical institutions,e.g.poor defined property power and responsibility,casual decision-making in investment,extensive cost management,the tendency of going after profit,a reform of separation of ownership and operation has been carried out,project investment management intensified,the medicine and equipment purchasing standardized,the control on total salay and wage practiced,the system of audit and performance assessment established in order to strengthen the management of state-owned property in public medical institutions.
