The Practice and Study on the Theory of "Refocusing" in the Definition of the Hospital Targets

By making use of SWOT analysis and strategic theory of refocusing,the article makes studies on the three aspects of determination of goals,implementation and assessment in the trustee hospitals.It also points out that in the face of complicated and changeable medical market,the hospital must define the key specialties or disciplines,implement and strengthen refocusing management and bring up and upgrade key competitive power under the condition of severe competition.Only by doing so,can the hospital undergo a sustainable and coordinated development.
