The Moral Responsibilities of the Patient in Medical Practice

According to the law,the doctor and patient are of the equal civil relationship.But the patient is more vulnerable because of the special character of the medical service.The responsibilities of the patient referred in this article are something the patient should do from the moral point of view but not something the patient is enforced to do,including the sharing of ideas,cooperative attitude and supporting behavior.The fulfillment of the patient's responsibilities in the course of medical treatment is to ensure that the right of the patient is protected and ultimately,the goal of curing the diseases and health recovery is realized.
