The Application of the Value Service Project to Appraise the Department Management of the Hospitals
Objective Providing the policy-making basis for the department management in hospitals. Method Uses the 9 wards data of 2006 from some department of general hospital, utilizes value service project principle and the method, appraises the value of these 9 wards. Results The costs of ward seven are highest, the function is ordinary, the value is lowest and the service satisfaction degree is the worst, prompts this ward should be key analyzed mainly on service objects. Conclusion The regular adoption of value service project on the hospital departments appraisement, makes them well combination among the medical care personnel, the patient and the superintendent, urges the technological innovation in worse appraisal department, reduces the cost and enhances service satisfaction rate, increases the departments the economy and social efficiency.
