Discussion on the supervision of health administrative department on public hospitals
Health service status of medical organization brought pressure for the public and health administrative department. In order to increase health service quality, it was necessary to enforce supervision on medical organization. We suggested that supervision on state-owned assets of public medical organizations should been reset and transferred because of obstacle in health administrative department's supervision on public medical organizations. So we can fulfill the separation of regulation and running between health administrative department and public health organizations.
