Responsibility orientation of government in rural health
On one hand,our government should improve rural health network and its whole function;on the other hand,government should take responsibility for rural health insurance system building including objective planning,system design,enforcement and supervision.In addition,government should bridge trust relationship between government and peasants and promote policy legalization.
