Review on health reform of Brazil and Chile

Health reform in Brazil and Chile adhere to individual health right maintenance and government dominated public health.The two countries have same reform strategies and policies in thoughts of health for all guaranteed by laws.They has built health system included health insurance,health service and basic pharmaceutical policy.They also integrate different health insurance systems which ever scattered in different industries and groups.Furthermore,they have built health service system based on public sectors and private sectors cooperation so as to increase the efficiency of health resource allocation and production.Similarly,the two countries have built national basic pharmaceutical policy to ensure free access to basic pharmaceutical.
