Research on constructions of advanced-level talented personnel teams in Shanxi medical university

The paper aims at the study on the construction of talented personnel in Shanxi medical university.It summarizes the overall situation of the construction of advanced-level talented personnel teams in Shanxi medical university by analyzing the present state and dynamic moving of senior talented personnel,as well as discipline constructions and scientific research projects.Taking the real situation,conception,mechanism and inner and outside environment factors in to full consideration,via comparison of the situation in other provincial universities,the paper mainly analyzed the significance of the construction of talented personnel in Shanxi medical university.As a professional in human resources administration,the author worked out some helpful strategic solutions regarding personnel management.
