Doubt about law problems related to medical accidents
There are two inappropriate aspects about medical accident dispute.One is to use administrative law to adjust inappropriate aspects in civil law;the other is to use different order documents to adjust the same inappropriate aspect in civil law.Furthermore,the Regulation on the Handling of Medical Accidents still needs to be improved,such as medical accidents expertise organization,expertise procedure,lawsuit procedure,law responsibility and compensation of expertise.
