Study on influence of health insurance policy on community health service utilization

This article analyzed community health service utilization of the insured since 2005,and main influence factors of their health care seeking behavior using random accidental sampling methods.The results showed that the key to construct community health service system was to improve their health service capability.So we proposed that the government design community health service system properly,improve family doctor and their training system,induce the insured to change their health care seeking behavior.
