Influences of patient costs on doctor-patient relationship

We discussed mechanism of producing direct and indirect cost of patient under the hypothesis of complete rationality from the economics perspective.When the gain patient gets can not make up his costs,patient will complain and doctor-patient relationship will worsen to a certain degree.Then we propose countermeasure to relax doctor-patient relationship.
