SWOT-PEST analysis of Hangzhou Community Hospitals and their SO and WT strategy

We analyzed political,economic,social and technical environments of Hangzhou community hospitals,and their internal advantage,external opportunity,internal weakness and external threat with SWOT-PEST method.So we proposed SO and WT strategy in order to promote Hangzhou community hospitals development and give some illuminations to other community hospitals.
