Causes and Intervention of Young College Teachers' Job Burnout in Local Colleges
This thesis elaborates the connotation and performance of young college teachers' job burnout,analyses its causes such as inadaptation for role conversion,contrast between ideal and reality,notable imbalance between pay and gain,geographical factors,role overburden etc.On its basis,it further probes into the intervention from subjective and objective aspects so as to ease and remove young college teachers' job burnout in local colleges.Finally it puts forward comprehensive measures to resolve this problem.
